| As I sit here, I wonder while I am still awake. I was going to go to bed an hour ago (yes, that would be 8 pm for all you night owls) but somehow I got stuck here on xanga - a site I haven't visited for many many months. We just enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving full of friends and turkey! One of my favorite parts of Thanksgiving is after the meal, we gather up all of the Christmas boxes from the basement and put up the Christmas tree! I warm up some cider on the stove, turn on the Christmas music and just decorate my little heart out. My poor sweet husband doesn't share in this love of decorating, but out of his love for me, he helps but up the tree and the ornaments. One day little Ben will help too! We are so blessed by a wonderful family, great friends and the sweetest little baby in the world! We are finally settling into a rythmn. I am getting the hang of the 'mother' thing and it is wonderful! Who knew I would be domestic! (we'll see how long it lasts!) So there's my update. All is well in the Jackson world, well, for the moment. But that's all that matters. Moment by moment, day by day - seeking to bring glory to the One who is worthy of all praise. Night! |

| SNOW!!!! Isn't it beautful? It is up past my knees already and it keeps coming! WAHOO!!! I love it. Snow makes everything look so beautiful. It covers up all of the 'blemishes' and 'imperfections' of this world. Hmm...can you see the spiritual connection there? Something to think about.....Thank you Lord for this gorgeous day! I hope everyone stays warm, safe, and dry!
